These will be listed on your Invoice for your payment.
ORDERING TERMS: Orders will be processed straight away.
Goods will only be sent when the Invoice is fully paid.
PAYMENT TERMS: We welcome Pay Pal, Master Card, Visa Card and we do not apply a surcharge.
Diners Card is not accepted.
When making a payment please enter your Order Number as your reference.
FREIGHT: Freight is sent by Australia Post at their normal rates, this will vary by size and weight.
Listed below is a sample guide, 1 pkt = 6 cards:-
1 pkt (6 cards) = $1.10 freight
2 pkts (12 cards) = $1.10 “
3 – 4 pkts (18 -24 cards) = $5.50 “
5 – 8 pkts (30 – 48cards) = $12.20 “
9 – 25 pkts (54 – 150 cards) = $15.35 “
26 – 42 pkts (156 – 252 cards) = $18.50 “
43 pkts plus are sent at a standard rate of $18.50 for the first 5 kg, plus a distance charge for every kg over 5 kg, as set by Australia Post.
CREDITS: All stock is checked prior to leaving the warehouse.
If products arrive damaged or faulty we will credit the item.
No credit will be approved unless full details are provided in writing by
email within 7 days.
Please provide Invoice details & Item Numbers for goods to be credited.
